Description
SHS Scenario Framework is a comprehensive, plug-and-play game mode component designed to deliver an authentic Invade & Annex style experience on any Arma Reforger map. The framework automatically discovers locations, generates objectives, spawns enemy forces, and manages all aspects of gameplay without requiring any manual world editor placement.
Built for both casual sessions and dedicated server operations, the framework handles everything from small 2-player co-op games to large-scale 50+ player operations with intelligent scaling and performance management.

Dynamic Objective System
Auto Location Discovery - Scans any map and identifies cities, towns, villages, military bases, and points of interest
Random Location Generation - Creates additional patrol points across the terrain for variety
Up to 10 Concurrent Objectives - Multiple active combat zones keep players engaged
Objective Types - Enemy Patrol, Hostile Forces, Insurgent Cell, Enemy HVT, Suspected Hostiles, and more
Smart Spacing - Ensures objectives maintain minimum distances from each other and active players
Map Markers - Clear objective indicators with location names
AI Management
300 AI Budget - Supports up to 300 simultaneous AI units (configurable)
Dynamic Spawning - AI groups spawn at objectives with defend waypoints
Faction Support - Works with any faction (US, USSR, FIA, or custom)
Group Composition - Varied squad sizes (3-6 units) for tactical diversity
Automatic Cleanup - Dead AI are tracked and removed from the budget
Difficulty System
Dynamic Scaling - Difficulty adjusts based on player performance
Player Count Scaling - More players means more AI per objective
Performance Tracking - Monitors completion times, kills, and deaths
Starting Difficulty - Configurable initial challenge level (0.1 - 1.0)
Combat Systems
Counter-Attack System
Enemy forces don't just defend - they fight back. When players complete objectives or linger too long, QRF (Quick Reaction Force) squads are dispatched to hunt them down.
Configurable Intervals - Minimum time between counter-attacks
Variable Squad Sizes - 6-15 AI per counter-attack group
Multiple Simultaneous Attacks - Up to 3 active counter-attacks
QRF on Objective Complete - Chance to trigger reinforcements when clearing objectives
Player Tracking - Counter-attack squads actively seek player positions

1. No Commercial Use

2. No Redistribution or Reupload
You may not reupload, redistribute, mirror, or repack this mod or any of its contents without explicit written permission from Shadow Haven Studios.
3. Reskinning & Prefab Editing Allowed
You are permitted to create and publish reskins or modified prefabs that reference SHS content only if all of the following conditions are met:
Your mod requires the original SHS mod to function and does not include or bundle SHS assets.
Clear and visible credit to Shadow Haven Studios is provided in your mod description and/or documentation.
Screenshots of textures may be used for reskin creation; direct asset extraction is prohibited.
Models may not be reused or redistributed. (Arma Reforger model locking applies.)
4. No Unauthorized Modification or Extraction
You may not extract, decompile, reverse-engineer, or alter SHS-authored scripts, configurations, or systems without written permission.
This restriction applies only to SHS-created content and does not override Bohemia Interactive’s ownership of Arma Reforger engine systems.
5. No Unauthorized Code Editing or Derivative Works
SHS source code may not be modified or used as the basis for derivative systems without prior written approval from Shadow Haven Studios.
6. Violations and Enforcement
Violations of these terms may result in takedown requests, server blacklisting, loss of access to SHS content, and/or legal action where applicable.
7. Respect for Original Work
All content remains the intellectual property of Shadow Haven Studios. Please respect the time, effort, and resources invested into development.
