1. BASE LICENSE & OWNERSHIP The "Neuro" project (the "Mod") is the intellectual property of the author (Neuro). This Mod is distributed under the Arma Public License - No Derivatives (APL-ND).

2. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION (ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS) Pursuant to the "Specific Restrictions" allowed under Bohemia Interactive’s licensing framework, usage of this Mod is strictly prohibited for the following entities, regardless of their compliance with other APL-ND terms:
North Everon
Any entity formerly known as North Everon
Any successor community, server, or group formed from the dissolution or rebranding of the above.
Any server hosted, moderated, or funded by individuals associated with the "North Everon" administration.
3. RESTRICTED ACTIONS (APL-ND SUMMARY) Under the APL-ND and this specific agreement:
No Redistribution: You may not (re)-upload this Mod to the Steam Workshop, any third-party websites, or private repositories.
No Modification (No Derivatives): You may not de-pbo, unpack, or alter the code, assets, or configuration of this Mod. You may not adapt or build upon this material.
No Commercial Use: This Mod may not be used on any server that requires payment for access, sells "priority slots," or sells in-game items/perks.
4. TERMINATION Any use of this Mod by the prohibited entities listed in Section 2 immediately and automatically terminates this license. Continued use by these entities constitutes an unauthorized infringement of the author's work and a violation of the APL-ND. use of this work.
