USSOCOM Beret Fix

This mod adds inventory attributes to berets so they can be stacked in a character's inventory and removes the ODA logo from the normal map (so there isn't engravings on SOAR/75RR/AFSOC berets).

WIP -- Still need to fix half of them, flip a few textures, color in some bleached spots, etc...
