Summary
Infiltrate Arland then encourage hostilities between the Soviets and the FIA via assasination and sabotage.
Description
The Soviet invasion of Arland has resulted in a relatively stable front. The Aggressors have been unable to push past the mountains that divide the island. The FIA are unable to mount an effective push to remove the Soviets from the island.
Situation: The entire conflict is currently a standoff.
Mission: Covertly facilitate a return to hostilities between the two combatants.
Execution: Eliminate the leadership of both factions and other targets as needed.
