Description

I. Описание карты.
География.

Карта «Курганово» охватывает одноименный поселок городского типа и прилегающие сельские населенные пункты, расположенные в юго-западной части Свердловской области, в лесостепной зоне Южного Урала. Курганово находится примерно в 90 км к юго-западу от Екатеринбурга и в 35 км от ближайшего районного центра.

Местность сочетает в себе открытые сельскохозяйственные поля, низкие холмы, овраги, заболоченные участки и крупные массивы смешанного леса, в котором преобладают хвойные породы, береза и ель. Через территорию района протекает река Вятка, на которой расположены два водохранилища — Кургановское и Белоярское. Через реку переброшены два автомобильных моста, имеющих важное транспортное и тактическое значение.
История.

По местным преданиям, первое поселение на месте нынешнего Курганово возникло в конце XVIII века у переправы через Вятку. Свое название оно получило от древних курганов, располагавшихся на возвышенностях в окрестностях реки.

Во второй половине XIX века поселение постепенно развивалось как сельскохозяйственный и лесозаготовительный центр. Окрестные земли использовались под пашни, сенокосы и вырубку леса, а сама переправа играла важную роль в сообщении между соседними селами.

В советский период на территории района были образованы колхозы и подсобные хозяйства, начала развиваться местная промышленность. В Белоярке появилась ферма и военный аэродром, в Кузнецово сформировалась промышленная зона, а в самом Курганово были построены лесопилка, электростанция, больница, водоканал и автовокзал. В 1960-х годах Курганово получило статус поселка городского типа.

После распада СССР часть предприятий пришла в упадок, а на западной окраине поселка сохранились отдельные заброшенные дома. Тем не менее Курганово продолжило существовать как местный центр хозяйственной и административной жизни.
Население.

Общая численность населения территории карты составляет около 4,5–5 тысяч человек. В самом п.г.т. Курганово проживает около 1732 человек, остальное население сосредоточено в селах Белоярка, Кузнецово, Хомутовка и других небольших населенных пунктах.

Основную часть жителей составляют русские. Также в районе проживают татары и башкиры, что характерно для отдельных территорий Южного Урала. Основное вероисповедание — православие.
Экономика.

Экономика района представлена сельским хозяйством, лесозаготовкой и предприятиями нефтепереработки и хранения нефтепродуктов.

Крупнейшие объекты района:

    лесопилка «Сосновый край»;
    предприятие «КурганНефть»;
    МУП «Водоканал»;
    местная электростанция;
    фермерское хозяйство в Белоярке;
    промышленная зона в Кузнецово;
    площадка металлоприема в Хомутовке.

Несмотря на небольшие размеры, Курганово выполняет функции местного транспортного, хозяйственного и административного центра.
Культура, образование и здравоохранение.

Культурная и социальная инфраструктура района представлена прежде всего объектами самого Курганово. В поселке расположены Вознесенский собор, Парк Победы и стадион имени Овечкина. Часть храмов, существовавших в округе до революции, была утрачена в советский период.

Из гражданской инфраструктуры в Курганово имеются районная больница, детский сад, здание администрации, автовокзал и другие объекты повседневной жизни. При создании карты особое внимание уделено гражданским объектам и узнаваемым бытовым деталям, что позволяет передать атмосферу «живого» провинциального поселка.

III. Известные баги и недоработки.

На текущий момент критических багов не выявлено. Карта находится в активной разработке, поэтому возможны локальные ошибки и визуальные недочеты.
Недоработки.

    На карте присутствуют отдельные пустые участки местности.
    Некоторые населенные пункты пока проработаны не полностью.
    Часть лесных массивов требует дополнительного наполнения.
    Требуется дальнейшая проработка отдельных гражданских зон и атмосферных деталей.
    В будущем планируется расширение карты новыми объектами и дополнительными населенными пунктами.

Планируемые улучшения.

    Уплотнение лесов и растительного декора.
    Доработка отдельных жилых кварталов и промышленных площадок.
    Добавление мелких гражданских объектов и уличного реквизита.
    Расширение инфраструктуры и развитие общего визуального наполнения карты.

KURGANOVO — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between You (the "User") and the Author ("Author") for the use of the software modification titled "Kurganovo" ("the Mod").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE MOD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE MOD.

This Agreement serves as a supplement to, and does not supersede, the Bohemia Interactive End User License Agreement (EULA), the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, the terms of this Agreement shall apply solely to the relationship between the User and the Author, provided they do not violate the aforementioned platform rules.



1. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE

1.1. "Mod" means the digital map "Kurganovo," including all associated files, data, assets (terrain, textures, models, scripts, configurations), and any other content created by the Author. The Mod is distributed exclusively as an Unlisted/Private Workshop item on the Bohemia Interactive Workshop platform via a unique URL provided solely by the Author. Any use of the Mod obtained through any other source is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of this Agreement.

1.2. "Author" means SkeetVtk, the sole creator and exclusive owner of all rights to the Mod.

1.3. "Authorized Server" means the unique Arma Reforger game server operated by the Project, as defined by the Author. The official server name is: VyatkaServer | Kurganovo | https://discord.gg/8H8KHfSZEW.

1.4. "Authorized User" means a natural person who has successfully completed the Project's verification process on the official Discord server (https://discord.gg/8H8KHfSZEW), has been explicitly approved by the Author or their designee, and whose unique Bohemia Interactive Account ID (BID) is explicitly listed in the access control list (whitelist) managed solely by the Author.



2. GRANT OF LICENSE

2.1. License Grant. Subject to your strict compliance with this Agreement, the Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, and revocable license to use the Mod solely for the purpose of playing as an Authorized User on the Authorized Server.

2.2. Technical Verification. Your license to use the Mod is strictly conditional upon the continuous technical verification of your BID against the access control list managed by the Author. The Mod's functionality may be partially or fully disabled if this verification fails. Any attempt to use the Mod without this technical verification is a material breach of this Agreement.



3. STRICT RESTRICTIONS

THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS ARE EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN. YOU MAY NOT:

3.1. Commercial Use. Use the Mod for any commercial purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, running the Mod on any monetized server (any server that accepts donations, subscriptions, or offers "pay-to-play" perks), selling access to the Mod, or including the Mod in any paid compilation. This is a strict, unconditional prohibition. No exceptions will be made without explicit prior written permission from the Author, which must also comply with Bohemia Interactive's EULA.

3.2. Unapproved Hosting. Use, host, or run the Mod on any multiplayer game server other than the Authorized Server.

3.3. Circumvention. Attempt to circumvent, bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer any access control, technical protection, or user verification system associated with the Mod.

3.4. Decompilation & Extraction. Decompile, extract, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, assets, or files of the Mod.

3.5. Derivative Works. Create any derivative works, adaptations, variations, or modifications of the Mod for any purpose.

3.6. Redistribution. Redistribute, re-upload, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or share the Mod, or any part thereof, on any platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the Bohemia Interactive Workshop, third-party mod sites, file-sharing services, or direct person-to-person sharing. The only method of obtaining the Mod is via the private link provided by the Author.



4. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

4.1. The Mod, including all of its constituent parts, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Author and is protected by international copyright laws and treaties.

4.2. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Mod. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Author.



5. ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or hosting of the Mod is a violation of this license, the Arma Reforger EULA, and applicable copyright law. In the event of a breach, the Author reserves the right to pursue any and all of the following remedies:

5.1. Permanently revoke the offending User's license and remove their BID from the access control list.

5.2. Issue a formal takedown notice and file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent international copyright complaint against any unauthorized redistribution of the Mod.

5.3. Pursue any and all other legal and equitable remedies available to them under applicable law.

5.4. License Revocation. The Author reserves the exclusive right to revoke this license and remove any User's BID from the access control list at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Such revocation shall result in the immediate and automatic termination of the User's right to access or use the Mod.



6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE MOD IS WITH THE USER. THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE MOD WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE MOD WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
