Summary
A cartel enemy faction and a mercenary enemy faction, designed for Game Master PvE.
Description
This is a WIP, with the possibility of more factions being added over time. The current build features spawnable characters and groups. It is not configured as a playable faction and is intended as an enemy force for PvE.
