Description
Novigrad Isle is a developing island map set in a rugged coastal environment surrounded by open seas, rocky cliffs, and dense forests. At the center of the island sits the towering city of Novigrad, a massive fortified settlement built on rising terrain overlooking the surrounding waters.
The map blends medieval-inspired architecture with survival gameplay, featuring a mix of urban environments, villages, wilderness, and strategic locations designed for exploration, PvP encounters, and base building.
Players will navigate narrow streets, fortified walls, harbor docks, and inland terrain while searching for supplies, establishing strongholds, and competing for control of key areas.
The island’s coastline offers natural chokepoints, hidden coves, and ship access routes, while inland regions will feature forests, abandoned structures, and resource zones.
This map is designed to support dynamic survival gameplay, faction warfare, and exploration-driven encounters.
Current Development Status
Novigrad Isle is currently a Work in Progress, with new locations, terrain details, and gameplay areas actively being developed.
Planned features include:
• Expanding city districts and harbor areas
• Additional villages and settlements
• Military and high-risk loot zones
• Hidden bunkers and underground areas
• Industrial resource locations
• Expanded forests and wilderness regions
• Custom points of interest across the island
Terrain sculpting, environmental design, and gameplay balancing are still underway as the island continues to evolve.

The Novigrad Isle map, terrain design, custom assets, layouts, and scenario configuration are the intellectual property of The Last Light Development Team.
This project is released under a Bohemia Interactive Public License – Custom Variant (BIPL-TLL).
All rights to the map itself remain with the creators.
Permitted Use
You are allowed to:
• Play the map on servers
• Host servers using the map
• Stream or record gameplay on the map
• Create videos or content featuring the map
• Use the map for community events
Server hosting and gameplay use are fully permitted.
Restrictions
You may NOT:
• Reupload this map as your own work
• Modify and redistribute the terrain without permission
• Sell or monetize the map itself
• Extract assets from the map and use them in other projects
• Repackage or redistribute the project under another name
Unauthorized redistribution will result in DMCA requests and removal notices.
Mod Dependencies
This map uses several community-created mods.
All credit goes to the original mod developers and creators for their work.
Those mods remain the property of their respective creators and are used according to their individual licenses.
Players and server owners are free to use those mods independently according to the permissions provided by their creators.

All original content included in Novigrad Isle, including but not limited to the terrain design, map layout, scenario configuration, custom assets, and project structure, is the intellectual property of The Last Light Development Team and is protected under applicable copyright law.
Unauthorized redistribution, modification, repackaging, or reuploading of this project without explicit permission from the creators is strictly prohibited.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Reuploading the map to Steam Workshop or other mod platforms
• Publishing the map under a different name or project
• Repacking the map into mod packs or server bundles
• Redistributing extracted project files
• Claiming the work as your own creation
Only the official upload released by The Last Light Development Team is authorized for distribution.
