the direct authority of South America Servers ("SAS").
No other individual, organization, community, or server operator is
permitted to install, run, host, distribute, or otherwise make use of the
Software in any capacity, whether commercial or non-commercial, without the
express written consent of the copyright holder.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED with respect to the
Software, in whole or in part:
a) Copying, duplicating, cloning, or reproducing the Software by any means;
b) Distributing, sharing, publishing, uploading, or otherwise making the
Software available to any third party;
c) Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to
derive the source code, logic, or internal workings of the Software;
d) Modifying, adapting, creating derivative works from, or altering the
Software in any way;
e) Extracting, ripping, or isolating any individual component, asset,
script, configuration, or data file from the Software;
f) Using the Software on any server, platform, or environment not
operated by South America Servers (SAS);
g) Selling, sublicensing, leasing, renting, or otherwise commercially
exploiting the Software;
h) Bypassing, disabling, or circumventing any technical protection,
authentication, or access control mechanism within the Software.

3. NO RIGHTS GRANTED EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED

No license, right, or interest in the Software is granted to any person or
entity, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except as expressly
set forth in Section 1 of this License. All rights not expressly granted
herein are reserved by the copyright holder.

4. TERMINATION
