Have you been run over more times than you've been shot? Tired of civilians just flattening you like a pancake? Want it to finally end?

With this mod, you now have a better chance of not getting turned into roadkill by those pesky civs. They now acknowledge your God-given right to be a traffic cone, and will stop for you (or at least attempt to), giving you a new chance at life. You can even open their door and pistol whip them or whack them with the butt of your rifle and carjack them if you want. You are in control now. The streets are yours!
