Rebalances the M2 BUSK armor to align with RHS ERA in both strength and implementation
Description
Previous iteration of BUSK upgrades were almost impervious to sabot and multiple HEAT shells, that is now corrected to align with RHS Kontakt armor to harmonize these mods a bit better
