The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has dragged on for several years, evolving into a prolonged and attritional war across the region. In response to Ukraine’s continued plea for international support, the United States has committed ground forces to assist in stabilising key strategic areas. As part of this effort, elements of the United States Army are advancing toward the contested city of Zarichne. ETR Company has been tasked with crossing the Zherebets River, establishing a secure foothold within the city, and preparing the way for follow-on forces to continue the advance.
