MASCAS Trainer Plus is a dedicated training tool designed to bridge the gap between theory and execution in ACE Medical Dev for Arma Reforger. It allows Game Masters and Instructors to instantly spawn casualties with specific, repeatable physiological states for teaching, or generate a randomized Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) to test triage efficiency.

How to Use:

1. Open Game Master and place the MASCAS Trainer Plus entity (look for the Shield, Snake and Staff, and Stopwatch Blue and Red color scheme).

2. Prepare your students with medical equipment (Tourniquets, Chest Seals, Epi, Fluids, etc.).

3. Select a Scenario: Interact with the Spawner entity using the Action Menu (Scroll Wheel) to choose a patient type:

	Spawn Single (Random): Creates a "Mystery Patient" with randomized injuries.

	Class 2 Hemo + Tension: Teaches management of light bleeding combined with a deadly Tension Pneumothorax.

	Simple Pneumothorax: A stable chest injury requiring assessment and sealing.

	Airway Obstruction: A hard airway block requiring adjuncts (King LT).

	Airway (Vomit): An occluded airway requiring suction or positioning.

	MASCAS (Mass Casualty): Spawns 7 units with a shuffled "Deck of Cards" distribution (1 Black, 1 Red, 2 Yellow, 3 Green) to simulate a realistic triage scene.

**Also to note for multiplayer: Mission Headers for a server need to allow AI to go into a cardiac arrest state. This is listed as a editible item on the ace anvil page: m_bCardiacArrestForAIEnabled needs to be "True" default is "False" This cannot be changed with a base scenario. You should however, with a partner, be able to recover all patients besides the triage category black (Which is expected. You wont be able to save everyone.)
