Scenario Auto Save & Load

Scenario Auto Save & Load.
- Loads last game state once game mode is loaded.
- Force auto saves once every 1 minute.
- Fix some maps that have issues.

Tested/Fixed for:
- Default
- Anizay
- Khanh Trung
- Nizla Island
- Ramadi
- Gulfcoast
- Everon x Arland
- New Everon

IMPORTAMT: You MUST add the map mod MANUALLY to the mod list BEFORE this mod in the config.

P.S. Use scenario IDs provided by this mod, not the map mod.
