This time the "Vibe Code" should work. 

1) Start as a Sergean on any pve or Confclit mode (this unlocks all buildings from the start)
2) The MSAR is not dissabled but it is 10x and replenishes 300 times faster 
3) the Apply to become Commander mode in enabled even if the base game did not enabled it. 
4) The Construction truck should be allowed to build 99 HQs
