Terms of Service for FORTEX Creations
The following terms govern the use of all mods and related works produced by the FORTEX development group, including all past, current, and future content created or contributed to by its members.
Prohibited Users and Organizations
The following entities are strictly prohibited from using, modifying, redistributing, or creating derivative works based on any FORTEX content:

This prohibition includes all affiliated groups, partners, and associated individuals.
Modification Policy
Limited modifications—such as retexturing, adding attachments, or creating expansions that build upon existing assets—are permitted.
However, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Rebranding, relabeling, or presenting the content as your own.
Applying personal or external logos or identifiers in a way that obscures or replaces FORTEX’s original branding.
Any form of monetization involving FORTEX content, whether direct or indirect.
