All-In-One Arsenals

- Adds all items from all factons in all arsenal boxes.
- Arsenal filters still work (i.e. weapons only, equipment only, ...)

P.S. This mod remves the concept of factions for individual arsenals (US, USSR & CIV have the same items in their arsenals).
