Adds Colton1070's TDL mod to Various Radios
Description
This mod Add Colton1070's TDL mod to Various Radios:
All GRS Radios (As well as adjusts Radio Frequencies to be more real world)
SWAG Radios ( PRC-163, PRc-152 JTAC, and SATCOM antenna)
Also adds a deployable SATCOM relay antenna, that is a functioning relay system for handheld radios.
PRC-163 radios are configurable for Antennas, Battery and Mission Module pack. (Done through vanilla inventory system currently)
