Sunshines Hardcore FF Configs

TWEAKS TO FREEDOM FIGHTERS (by JohnnyKerner):
-All parked civ cars require lockpicks;
-Reduced chance of civ car spawns;
-FF hints are disabled;
-2no. tall sandbag wall placeables added;
-RF-10 radio backpacks (FIA) added to equipment arsenal;
-Medkits available at shops and medical tent;
-Interaction bubble for "take keys/lock/abandon" prompt made much smaller, making it less obstructive;
-Max No. of HQ missions increased from 2 to 4;
-Can no longer buy tents (camping kits remain);
-Less civillian spawns to help reduce collateral;
-All placeables now indestructible as the budget is not refunded when they are destroyed;
-Pistol removed from civilian loadout to prevent GTAing.
-Firing weapons applies 2% heat.


MISC CHANGES
-All nametags (player & bot) now only visible at 2m;
-Killfeed OFF;
-Radiopacks can no longer fit inside of backpacks, preventing players using them + maintaining storage space;
-Bandages take longer to use (self: 25s/ to-other:12s), tourniquets are top priority to stem bleeds, especially in combat;
-Tourniquet to-self increased (4->5s). To-other: (2->3s).

MOD CONFIGS
Realism Overhaul - Sounds (by Maisteri):
-Volume reduction of ZSh5, TSh5, SPH4 and DH132 lowered. Previously 0.9, now 0.5.

Foliage Collision (by MyVapeBlewUp):
-Full slowing effect now 60% (was 80%);
-Time until full slow no 1.5s (was 1s).

British Forces (by TepacheLoco / Only Launchers 2nd Slot (Jerry NG):
-M79, LAW80, LAW66 and MAW launcher now compatible with launcher slot.

Thanks to Doctor Stupid for his work on the FF - Turret Heat mod. I never ended up using this script, but it gave me great guidance on building something similar.
