63e_MOD_USSR_NVGs

This is my first go at this. 

Tried to get the Nightvision mod that goes onto the USA side go on the USSR side. 
The mod that we use only goes to the USA side so I made this mod to goto the USSR side ( Headstrap,NVGs Green and White)
