1. SCOPE
1.1 "The Mod" means Zagoria 89 Leopard 1, version 1.0.10 and later, published on the Arma Reforger Workshop under ID 672F40664F706B72, including its vehicles, variants, and associated files.
1.2 "Original Content" means independently copyrightable work created and owned by Kali87 for the Mod, including the Leopard 1 3D model and meshes, original textures, materials, animations, effects, scripts, prefabs, configurations, and associated source files, to the extent actually created and owned by Kali87.
1.3 This license grants rights only to Original Content controlled by Kali87. Bohemia Interactive content and any third-party contributions remain subject to their own terms (Section 7). Earlier releases are addressed in Section 8.
2. OWNERSHIP
2.1 The Leopard 1 model was created entirely by Kali87, who owns the copyright in that original model.
2.2 Kali87 retains ownership of other Original Content that Kali87 independently created for the Mod. Inclusion of content made by another party does not transfer that party's rights to Kali87.
2.3 Any separately credited contributions remain owned by their respective rights holders unless a written agreement provides otherwise.
3. WHAT YOU MAY DO
Without requesting additional permission, you may:
3.1 Download, install, and play the Mod in Arma Reforger.
3.2 Load the Mod from the Workshop on public or private Arma Reforger servers.
3.3 Record and share screenshots, gameplay videos, and livestreams featuring the Mod.
3.4 Publish scenarios, missions, compositions, faction packs, compatibility patches, and other add-ons that list the Mod as a Workshop dependency. These may place the Mod's entities, inherit from its prefabs, reference its resources, and call or extend its scripts, provided they do not package, copy, or redistribute protected Original Content. Your own independently created assets may be included in such add-ons.
4. WHAT REQUIRES WRITTEN PERMISSION
Except where applicable law or another controlling license independently permits the activity, prior written permission from Kali87 is required to:
4.1 Reupload, mirror, repack, or redistribute the Mod or protected Original Content, modified or unmodified, on the Workshop or elsewhere.
4.2 Extract, copy, port, or reuse protected Original Content in another mod, game, or project, including other Bohemia Interactive titles.
4.3 Distribute edited copies of protected models, textures, materials, scripts, configurations, or other files, including reskins based on the Mod's protected textures and unofficial "fixed" versions. Dependency-based projects described in Section 3.4 are not edited copies merely because they reference the Mod.
4.4 Use protected Original Content as training data, reference input, or prompts for AI or machine-learning systems, or to generate derivative assets, insofar as Kali87 has the legal right to restrict that use.
4.5 Remove or misrepresent copyright notices, credits, or this license in any authorized redistribution.
4.6 Claim to be the creator, copyright owner, or authorized distributor of the Mod without authorization.
5. PROHIBITED USES
5.1 This license grants no permission for commercial use or direct or indirect monetization of the Mod or protected Original Content. Prohibited activities include selling or renting its files, placing content behind a paywall, charging to unlock or operate its vehicles, and offering its content as a paid, donor-only, or VIP perk.
This restriction does not prohibit general monetization of a server officially approved and listed by Bohemia Interactive for monetization, provided the server complies with Bohemia Interactive's rules and every player admitted to that server can use all Mod content without an additional content-specific payment. Examples of general server monetization include donations, paid entry, and priority queue access. The exception ends if the server loses its required approval.
5.2 This license grants no permission to use the Mod as a complete package or protected Original Content outside Bohemia Interactive products.
5.3 Sections 5.1 and 5.2 do not override independently applicable rights, controlling third-party licenses, or uses that cannot lawfully be restricted. Separate permissions, if any, must be established in a distinct written agreement and comply with all underlying rights.
6. REQUESTING PERMISSION
6.1 Uses of protected Original Content not authorized by Section 3 require prior written permission from Kali87.
6.2 Any permission is limited to the named person or organization, specified project, and stated scope, and may not be transferred without further written authorization.
6.3 Kali87 may designate an authorized representative in writing to grant specified permissions.
6.4 Permissions granted under this license do not waive Section 5. Any separately negotiated rights require a separate written agreement.
7. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
7.1 The Leopard 1 3D model is an original model created by Kali87. This license does not assert ownership of Bohemia Interactive's game engine, tools, base-game resources, or other assets.
7.2 Any Bohemia Interactive resources referenced, inherited, or used by the Mod remain governed by Bohemia Interactive's applicable terms.
7.3 Any third-party sounds, textures, libraries, code, or other contributions incorporated into the Mod remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights. This license grants no independent right to extract or reuse them.
7.4 Where this license conflicts with a controlling third-party license, that underlying license governs the material to which it applies.
8. EARLIER VERSIONS
8.1 This license applies to version 1.0.10 and later releases, including new Original Content first introduced in those releases.
8.2 Versions released before 1.0.10 remain governed by the terms under which they were originally distributed. This license does not retroactively revoke rights validly granted under earlier licenses.
8.3 Content carried forward from an earlier version remains subject to any surviving permissions previously granted for that content, as well as applicable third-party rights.
9. BREACHES
9.1 A breach of this license terminates the permissions granted under it to the extent permitted by law.
9.2 Unauthorized uploads or redistribution of protected Original Content may be reported to Bohemia Interactive or other platform operators for review and removal.
9.3 Kali87 reserves all remedies available under applicable law for infringement of rights Kali87 controls.
10. NO WARRANTY
10.1 The Mod is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10.2 To the extent permitted by law, Kali87 is not liable for damage, data loss, server disruption, or other loss resulting from use of the Mod.
11. CHANGES
11.1 Each release is governed by the license accompanying that release, subject to rights already granted under earlier licenses and controlling third-party terms.
11.2 Kali87 may publish revised licensing terms for future versions of the Mod.
11.3 New terms do not retroactively revoke permissions already validly granted for earlier releases.
