Hold Your Breath

#Hold Breath (ADS)
- adds a hold-breath mechanic for aiming down sights.
- Hold the breath key while in ADS to steady your aim. [L-Shift on PC, Console Players let me know what you prefer]
- Stamina drains only while holding breath and the effect ends automatically if you release the key, leave ADS, hit the max hold time, or drop below the minimum stamina threshold. 
- Includes inhale/exhale sound events.

- If you are leaning and trying to hold your breath it wont let you since Sprinting is binded on the same key. Rebind one or dont care.

#Massive credit to @Tonic, who released the first public hold-breath mod and demonstrated that disabling the StaminaSystem (Enable(false)) makes this possible.
