12th Guards - RO Sounds Tweaks

RO - Sounds is a great mod, but there's one problem - communication during firefights is very difficult, even when it shouldn't be. We've seen more than a few situations where we can't hear one another, even when the only guy shooting is 200m away.

All this mod does is slightly boost the player VON volume so that it's still audible under fire. You'll still have issues communicating if, say, your buddy is firing a machine gun next to you, but distant fire shouldn't cause a problem.
