Tool Box Build orginally made for WasteLand Gamemode

My mod allows players to take the tool box from their faction arsenal and build while on foot. You must be within 15 meter range from any supply type to build.

By default, only compositions players are allowed to build are fortifcations. A new tab has been added for those looking to add their own compositions in.

For Devs within Object Properties you can see via images I've added entity type toolboxob21, once this has been added to labels, duplicate the freeroambuilding conf & add your E_<composition> in and save.
