CUSTOM MOD LICENSE – RESTRICTED SERVER USE Version 1.0 This mod (hereinafter referred to as “the Content”) is created and owned by Dutch Feniks Modteam (hereinafter referred to as “the Author”). 
Permitted Use
The following uses of this Content are explicitly permitted without requiring consent from the Author: • Downloading the Content via the Arma Reforger Workshop for personal use. • Loading and using the Content in offline or single-player sessions within Arma Reforger. • Loading and running this Content on any multiplayer server, whether public, private, password-protected, or unlisted. 
Server Use
This Content may be freely used on multiplayer servers without requiring prior consent from the Author. Server operators are encouraged, but not required, to notify the Author of their use via discord.gg/dutchfeniks. 
Requesting Support or Attribution
Server operators wishing to be officially listed or supported by the Author may reach out at: discord.gg/dutchfeniks. Any such arrangements are at the Author’s sole discretion. 
No Redistribution
This Content may not be shared, mirrored, reuploaded, or otherwise redistributed in any form or through any platform without explicit written permission from the Author. 
No Derivatives
This Content may not be altered, adapted, reverse-engineered, or used as a basis for other mods or content, in whole or in part, for any purpose. Personal or private modifications for offline use are permitted, provided they are not distributed, published, or shared in any form. 
No Commercial Use
This Content may not be monetized, sold, or used in any context involving direct or indirect financial gain. Use on monetized servers is explicitly prohibited. 
No Use Outside Arma Reforger
This Content may not be transferred to, used in, or adapted for any other game or platform, including but not limited to Arma 3 or DayZ. 
Technical Enforcement
The Author reserves the right to implement technical measures to protect the integrity of this Content. Single-player functionality will never be affected by such measures. 
Enforcement
Violations of this license may be reported to Bohemia Interactive via the Workshop report system or via a formal takedown notice. The Author reserves all rights under applicable intellectual property law.

This Content is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The Author bears no liability for any damage arising from its use.
