Radio Tweaks

Some tweaks to vanilla radio items to make squad communication great again.
Do notice that mod adds new radio items that replace the vanilla radios!
For now additional radio channels cannot be removed - a new radio must be created instead.
All vanilla loadouts and faction item configs have been updated to use the new radios.
The Field Manual has also been updated and now reflects the values of the new radio items.

- Radio characteristics have been rebalanced to better reflect real-world counterparts.
- Handheld radios now have only one channel.
- Crew and pilot helmets now include built-in radio components.
- The extra radio channel has been removed from the R-107M.
