Summary

22 SAS [OTC] for all operational needs of our Milsim Unit

Description

The Operator Training Complex (OTC) is the dedicated proving ground for all 22 SAS operators in Arma Reforger, designed to facilitate comprehensive, multi-section training, from basic marksmanship to complex integrated operations.

Key Training Zones:

Designated Shooting Range:

Features multiple static and dynamic target arrays for honing basic rifle skills, transition drills, and stress firing. This area is the foundation for mastering weapon handling and accuracy under pressure.

Long-Range Marksmanship Facility:

A specialised area dedicated to precision shooting. It provides varied firing positions and adjustable ranges up to significant distances, allowing Marksmen and Sharpshooters to practise range estimation, windage calculation, and advanced ballistics to ensure mission-critical accuracy.

Close Quarters Battle (CQB) Area:

A modular, built-up structure (or series of structures) designed to simulate urban environments. This labyrinthine area is used for intense training in room clearance, door breaching protocols, stack formation, and immediate action drills in restricted spaces—essential for the Infantry's direct action role.

Air Support Hangar & Pad (Helicopter Section):

A dedicated zone housing our rotary-wing assets. This area facilitates vital Aircrew training, including hot landings/extractions, fast-roping procedures, CAS pattern execution, and maintenance checks for all transport and attack Helicopters.

Logistics & Vehicle Depot:

A practical yard containing all essential Logistical Vehicles, from light trucks to heavy transport assets. This zone is used for vehicle operation training, convoy security drills, maintenance, and practising the rapid loading and deployment of supplies vital for the Logistics section.

Centralised Arsenals:

Strategically placed weapons racks and crates providing access to the full spectrum of unit equipment. The Arsenals are crucial for conducting rapid loadout changes, familiarisation with new weapon systems, and ensuring strict adherence to inventory and supply protocols across all three sections.

The OTC is the crucible where recruits are forged into highly effective operators, and veterans maintain their combat edge through continuous, realistic training across all three disciplines: Infantry, Logistics, and Aircrew.

Note: Improvement will be able when able
