Quick workshop update notes:
Fixed reconnect spinner lock by fail-opening blocked restore paths into coastal fallback spawn instead of waiting forever.
Added unified restore fallback handler to clear restore flags and force RestoreFallback + spawn.
Hardened initial join flow in Workbench and runtime:
Clear respawn loading placeholder before showing custom spawn dialog.
If custom dialog fails to open, auto-fallback to forced random spawn.
Added new persistence/debug logs for failed dialog and restore fallback reasons to speed up live diagnostics.
Verified spawn chain now completes (request-spawn -> spawn-complete) after classification timeout fallback.
Optional known non-blocking warnings still seen:

## Runtime Notes From Latest Validation
- Confirmed in logs that forced fallback now recovers classification stalls:
  - `awaiting-classification-timeout-fallback`
  - `awaiting-classification-forced`
  - `request-spawn ... spawn-complete`
- AI formation warnings (`SCR_AIGroup ... not found in SCR_AIWorld`) are present but were non-blocking for player spawn.
- Remaining warning noise from external mods/world systems should be treated separately from ARGH spawn flow.

- Verify scenario being launched is `MO_Kolguyev_ARGH.ent` (not `ARGHSURVIVORS.ent` test world).
- Ensure all intended untracked assets are added before commit (`git add ...`).

EDF writes JSON files under $profile:/.db/<dbName>/.
SQLite is generated by the exporter (sidecar), not by the game itself.
