Damage Modifier

Adds ability to modify collision damage to all entities (i.e. fall damage, vehicle crashes, ...).
Adds ability to modify damage done by players & non-players.
Adds ability to modify damage to certain body parts belonging to players & non-players.

P.S. Menu can be found as a sub-menu under "Scenario: Editing Properties" through GM.
