Turned ambient patrols back on in IPC so Remixed will be able to spawn stuff.
Description
Literally 3 minutes of testing. First points are absolute carnage - so works atleast at the start. Looking to make IPC and Remixed compatible to simulate full scale Conflict for solo players.
