Triage Frontline EE

This is an add-on mod for "Triage Frontline" and expands Triage Frontline's Ai spawning logic to spawners placed with the EE_Dynamic AI Spawner mod. 
  
-Ai EE_Dynamic AI Spawner groups nested under a ConflictMilitaryBase only spawn in at bases that have an active objective 
-Ai EE_Dynamic AI Spawner groups not associated with a ConflictMilitaryBase spawn normally
