A NATO led operation against Col. Mikhail Voroshilov and collaborating units, resulted in the detonation of a 53 kiloton nuclear weapon within a facility off the coast of Germany. The raid force was found to consist of Americans and British special forces.

Ultimately, this command has now received its orders in response. We are to redeploy covert and conventional units in the Baltic theater in order to conduct our own special military operations against Western aggression.

Spetsgruppa "Vympel" will be tasked with conducting raids, supported by the 313th's Naval Reconnaissance Commandos conducting coastal recon and sabotage throughout the region in tandem.

In preparation, an exercise will be held, vital to enhancing our capabilities, followed by the first of our operations in the given AOR.

*As the campaign progresses, it will begin to shift its focus on the after effects of the conflict and NATO intervention in the now rogue post-Soviet satellite states in the late 90s - early 2000s.*
