A custom remake of the VON component that controls player to player local voice chat.
Description
For now, this project makes a few changes. The main change is the distance at which voices can be heard, this distance is increased by about double the default distance. Volume is boosted slightly. A "Character_Base" override is included to apply the custom VON audio project as it is not an override itself. Overriding Von.acp seems to cause significant issues.
