Applies a small amount of player and vehicle heat when the player fires a weapon while inside a vehicle. This will alert the enemy forces to the player threat.
This is intended to fix an issue where it was possible to fire from am vehicle turret on enemies and they would not be able to see the player and respond to the attack.
