This enhanced layout trades general seating for a compact, purpose-built medical bay, allowing simultaneous advanced care on multiple casualties during transport. With upgraded onboard trauma systems, oxygen, hoist capability, and full night-ops avionics, the bird provides fast, reliable extraction under fire and serves as a mobile treatment platform capable of stabilizing wounded personnel before hospital transfer.
