Mod adds OpsCore-SfHC, Crye precision and a bunch of attachments for them. And with working strobes and flashlights

Let me know if i still need to change some of the names. IR Strobes are found in items under the equipment category and they can be driectlly added in BLE. Flashlights are working
Be aware EXFIL´s and a buch of other helmets are in WIP are not done! But almost :)
Im probably going to remove the grs patches for the helmets or make a new mod without the patches!!!
