Early September 2011 — the Libyan Civil War is approaching its climax. Gaddafi and the forces loyal to him are retreating to the city of Sirte, located on the Mediterranean coast.

The map recreates the real city. Key features of the settlement and its surroundings were taken into account during development. The city has been scaled down, but its proportions have been preserved. The terrain was created specifically for the production of the documentary YouTube film “The Battle for Sirte: How Gaddafi’s Army Fell (ARMA REFORGER).” 

At the moment, the map is still under development — the city, nearby surroundings, and the ammunition depots in the south have been completed. Future patches will continue to expand the map.
