Adds a lightweight, wrist mounted GPS unit to Reforger. Available in standard US and USSR arsenals.

Description
Equip the Garmin GPS to your watch slot, remove your watch from your watch slot, press the O key to view the UI element. UI will display current elevation, local weather conditions, in-game time, compass heading, and a 10 digit grid reference. Mod is WIP.
New Feature: Created Render to Texture feature on Garmin Watch actually on your wrist. You can still press O to view the larger UI.
