Added colliders so the helmet now actually provides protection. Will degrade over time when taking damage. Set the armor to be the same as vanilla game helmets. I think it's a solid balance.

Also set it to use GRS Armor Durabillity & Upped the damage scale to  2.0 rather than 1.0. Not looking to make people invincible.
