Fast Rope for H-47

Adds Fast Roping to the H-47 Mod by AgentZero. This Mod is WIP. NOTE: Your character will "trip" when getting off of the rope at the bottom if Fast Roping from the Helicopter. You can work around this by jumping from the rope just before hitting the bottom of the rope, roughly .5m up works best. 

Step 1: Pilot/Co-Pilot selects Prepare FRIES System
Step 2: Someone in cargo compartments selects Deploy Ropes located near the ramp, on the left and right wall
Step 3: Approach the rope and press Fast Rope
Step 4: Hold shift and slide down like you would on a ladder
Step 5: Jump just before reaching the ground/end of the rope.

This Mod also provides an attachment point on the bottom of the rope to attach to, and climb back up into the helicopter, so in a way it enables SPIE rigging.
