This mod completely removes ALL rank restrictions from the arsenal: weapons, gear, attachments, ammo, uniforms, all of it. If it’s in the box, your dudes can grab it.

Vehicles stay rank-locked because that system is handled separately (and let’s be real, not everyone needs to hop in a tank day one).
