401ks RHS Content - HQ Version

Hello, because there's quite a bit added I don't have an exhaustive list of what I've put in this pack. I keep a detailed changelog but most of the inital gear was not something I kept track of. 

This mod will work "out of the box" but is really meant to be customized via a peresonal arsenal config mod. Most gear can be found in the RHS Russia/US boxes, but some additional gear exists in the USSR/US ones.

Here's a short list of what I can name off the top of my head:

Russia:
- Atacs IX uniform
- Leaf Suits using SOKL camos as a reference, including a boonie and helmet cover
- Sumraks and Spectre recce suits
- Hiking backpacks
- Shader adjustments to RHS base multicam texture to make it a bit more muted/less bright. (RusFor only for PID reasons)
- The famous SSO "Umbra G99" uniform

IndFor/Austria:
- RAL 7013 uniform, vest, balaclava, and mid cut helmet
- Tarnanzug Neu uniform
- Strichtarn uniform and vest

NATO:
- Flecktarn uniform and vest
- RAL vest (LHT Gen V stand-in)
- Lapagear Leaf Suit (Multicam only)

Please be aware this uses RHS content, therefore both myself and anyone wanting to use this mod is beholden to their EULA which is listed below.
