DGT Community Mod License Agreement
BY DOWNLOADING AND USING ANY OF "DGT" MODS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Ownership:
All mods created by bourgeois223 for the DGT Community are the exclusive property of their author and the DGT Community. These Mods are provided solely for use on official DGT servers and within the DGT Community ecosystem. NO DERIVATIVES ARE APPROVED.
Grant of Use:
The Mods may be:
Used and run on DGT-hosted servers.
No other usage, hosting, distribution, modification, or re-uploading is permitted unless explicit written permission is granted by both bourgeois223 and the DGT Community leadership.
Explicit Restrictions:
Permission will never be granted to the following groups, communities, or any of their affiliates, partners, or derivative projects:
Casual Ops Community Servers
Black Veil Protocol (BVP) Community Servers
Any partner or affiliate associated with the above groups.
Any attempt by the above-named communities to use, host, or distribute, use as a dependent or modify these these Mods will be considered an infringement of this license.
Redistribution:
Redistribution of these Mods outside of official DGT channels is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Uploading to public repositories (e.g., Steam Workshop, GitHub)
Sharing with other communities or private servers
Modification or repackaging under a different name
Enforcement:
Violations of this license will be treated as unauthorized use of intellectual property. DGT reserves the right to pursue enforcement measures including, but not limited to:
Public notice of license breach
Takedown requests on hosting platforms
Revocation of access to DGT resources
