FF - Snap placeable to terrain

Adds a bool to the Placeables.config so placeables can automatically be oriented perpendicular to the ground.

This will not make all placeables orient to the terrain. Modders have to enable the bool in their placeables config first.

To use this in your own mod, simply make this mod a dependency.
