In this mod are two punji pit trap prefabs, one is for map makers (it requires a hole in the terrain mesh to function correctly) and the other is GM spawnable (this one remains on top of the terrain) both blend into the surrounding terrain EMAT.

Editing the "SpecialCollision" component of the stakes can either make the spikes more dangerous or less, depending on what you wish for.
