DrBlaze Removed AK74

Created for DrBlaze Clan Servers to removed AK74 from inventory and USSR AI characters. AI's that carried the weapon carried it with one hand, as the animation was messed up. This is a temp fix for the PATCHED version as Reaper Core MANW doesn't have an issue and will be updated after MANW Nov 5th. 

This mod will be removed after MANW version is updated.
