**OpsTrack — After Action Review & Live Map for Arma Reforger**

OpsTrack records a mission server-side and lets you replay the whole thing afterwards on an interactive map.

The mod captures entity positions and player connections every second. Afterwards your whole unit opens the replay in the browser — scrub the timeline, change playback speed (up to 20×), filter by faction, and see persistent death markers so you can talk through every loss in one pass. There's also a **live map mode** to follow an op as it happens.

**Setup — plug and play:**

1. Sign up free at https://opstrack.cbmprojects.dk and create your clan
2. Generate an API key (Admin → API Keys) and paste it into the mod's config at profile/OpsTrackSettings.json
3. Install this mod on your server and type #opstrack_start to record

**Performance:** We run it with ~75 players and ~250 AI without noticeable FPS impact. There's some extra network use, since it sends entity state every second.

**Sharing:** Share replays with anyone via public links, or keep them inside your clan.

**Maps:** Vanilla and a lot of popular modded maps are supported, and the list is growing. If yours is missing, request it here: https://opstrack.cbmprojects.dk/maps

**Roadmap:** Combat-event visualisation is planned next — projectiles, hits and deaths.

OpsTrack is **in active testing**. Feedback and feature requests genuinely shape where it goes — including the parts that suck.
