Custom callsigns available via chat command (#callsign) followed by desired callsign.
Custom callsigns are prefixed with ~ to mitigate impersonation.
Callsigns are shown anywhere the player name is shown (player list, arma vision/game master, gameplay, notifications, chat.
Admins (which are logged in) can view set callsigns using #callsign list.
Callsigns are filtered for profanity, and attempts to avoid profanity are logged to console.
