USN reskin of the MEDEVAC UH-60, and added Medical Arsenal to the USN variant

Created for 2nd Bat 6th Marines Milsim

• United States Navy Reskin of the UH-60 MEDEVAC variant created by SomeNewExoticWS. As wel as the other variants

Note: I did not add "NAVY" to the tail, as the text reverses on one side due to the mapping. If in the future, decals are extended to that area, I will do it. Mostly just a color change, and added the red cross on the sides. Also added the Medical Arsenal to the storage, and added 200 storage to the variant. This is an override of the Sacra variant, not an addition.
