Radio with deployable storage

This mod adds radio backpacks with a storage system, that is only accessible when the radio is deployed. The content remains inside the storage when the radio is dismantled and redeplaoyed.

There is a option to setup default loadout, that will appear, once the bakcpack is opened.

The mod adds two sniper kits:
NATO: M40A5  + 5 sniper mags
RU: DVL + 5 sniper mags

TODO:
- Calculate weight of the backpack, based on the items inside (currently the backpack always weights 20kg)
- Resolve dissapearing items issue (some items like knife, disappear when the backpack is reopen)
