added large supply depot above provins instead of the smaller one (apparently it's been a super hot point for logi guys and there is not enough supplies in the smaller depots)

monti now connects to figari (connections to each other weren't symmetrical)

moved south spawn back to st pierre harbor. better, flatter ground and more familiar spawn for players

removed connection from op charlie to lamentin to prevent coastal hopping to backcaps 

fixed base capture notifications, boxes weren't checked for it
